Dr. Shiva Shadmand
To our orthodontic family,
While we can’t physically see you due to Covid-19 pandemic, we are still here for you.
Whether you are a new patient wanting to have an initial consultation, or our existing patient and have questions regarding your Orthodontic treatment, or need individual instructions on how to proceed with your elastics, aligners, or appliance wear, please simply click on the “Online Smile Assessment” button (above), answer the few questions and submit the photos as instructed.
This allows us to have a better understanding of your question and current position of your teeth and be able to serve you best. We will contact you to answer your question or if needed schedule a virtual appointment shortly after we receive your request.
This is not for emergency cases. If you have an Orthodontic emergency please visit our websites for instructions on how to handle most common problems. If you still need our assistance please call us or send us an email (information for each office is available below) with the details of the nature of the emergency and if possible a picture of the region of the problem and we will contact you promptly with advice on how to fix it.
As always our primary concerns are the health and safety of our patients, our team members and our community. We are continuing to follow the advice of the government and public health authorities on when we can safely reopen our clinic, but it is very challenging to predict a timeline. Rest assured that in most cases your braces are still working and your treatment is continuing even if there is a few weeks delay in your physical appointment.
As usual, please keep up with your oral hygiene. Excellent Oral Hygiene is absolutely essential for the health of your teeth and gums.
We look forward to seeing you all very soon, when all this has passed. Please continue to follow instructions of public health authorities for social distancing so we can all come out of this pandemic safe and as soon as possible.
Stay safe, Stay healthy and Stay home when you can
